TEST DRIVE MEME

1. Post a comment with the journal of a character you've considered apping. Make sure to put the name of the character/canon in the subject heading and post a comment as if they're already in the game! It can be a voice post, video or text post; it can either be an intro or a "been there a while" sort of deal. Anything goes!

2. Tag around with others - potential characters or characters who are already in the game - to see how well they fit.

3. Get a better idea of how well they'd work out in game, and app or not app accordingly!

4. Have fun! And we pretty much just mean "app" by that last one, fufufu~

I have encountered a...let's call it a misunderstanding. A fellow ambassador is under the impression that the Earth bird known as a "duck" is called a cat. He apparently has been under this impression for a few years now, and he believes that the Daffy Duck character that Mr. Garibaldi enjoys watching is a cat called "The Daffy Duke," and given the character's known speech impediments and behavior, there is a joke about his name.

I have been taught that the best thing to do in the face of a friend's possible embarrassment is to do whatever it takes to prevent that embarrassment. Including a...I believe the term is "stretching of the truth." Would it be more appropriate to continue to do this, for the sake of this ambassador, or should I try to correct his misunderstanding?

There is nothing wrong with Daffy being a cat.

That is very true. Nothing at all changes. And I suppose, hypothetically speaking, of course, that if this confusion caused some measure of amusement to those among his friends who know otherwise, then it may be an added benefit.
