Giselle
She never knew her parents and was raised in the forest by her animal friends. She's never really had a desire to seek out her mother or father as she was perfectly content where she was. She's certain they were wonderful people though, and bad circumstances must have been what took her away from them.

Chibiusa
Complicated city here. Her actual parents? She loves and adores. She practically worships the ground her mother walks on and wishes to be like her in every way, a real lady. As for her father she loved him to the point of a father complex for quite a while. When she first became Black Lady she took Mamoru (her future father) for herself. Nothing nasty occurred, I assure you. When Chibiusa first arrived in canon her feelings were mixed because she had scared herself into thinking they didn't really love her because she couldn't live up to their expectations and they were always so busy with the kingdom. Now their relationship is much better.

As for Usagi and Mamoru, the past selves or her mother and father, she gets along very well with Mamoru, but is often arguing with Usagi. She finds it very hard to believe that the crybaby, goof off can really by her elegant mother, but she still does love Usagi very much. She's proud to be her daughter/cousin/friend because of how strong she is when it comes to the important things.

Hikaru
Funny story. Until recently I thought Hikaru's parents were dead in canon, but apparently they just never get any screen/page time. I imagine she gets along with them well, as she does with everyone else.

Vanessa
I think we all know how Vanessa feels about her father. She doesn't really hate him, but she gets frustrated with all of his evil schemes and his general lameness. He is always trying to win her approval, but only through his own methods, which always involve babying her, as if she were still only four. She wants him to trust her more as a young adult and to get over his weird, evil ways. What frustrates her the most is that she can't prove how evil he is to her mom. She gets along fairly well with her mother though. Now divorced from Vanessa's father, she's pretty mellow and let's Vanessa do her own thing. She thinks Vanessa is a bit high strung with the whole 'dad is evil' thing, but she doesn't worry too much.
