Now that the case is over and that everyone can finally breathe, not much has changed. He still thinks Naoto needs to lighten up to his kind of humor (and for that matter, most of the rest of the team), but he still admires her for the strength she has in overcoming obstacles. He also feels... well. Kinda bad for her. Because of the whole Hakuba and Kanji thing that's been going on. She's a friend, he doesn't want her to get hurt, but at the same time, he knows it's not his business, so he doesn't bug her about it (honestly, the easiest thing he thinks she should do is dump both their asses and date him, because he's Dick-senpai and a jerk like that), because it's a very sensitive topic (not to mention Kanji would beat the shit out of him if he did). Overall he just does what he normally does, be a jerk and a dick, because that's how he is and he's comfortable around her like that. Even if most people yell at him for what he says or what he's implying.

Tidus, surprisingly, has come to find Naoto to be much more a of a friend over the time that's passed. Since finding out Adachi was the killer, he's been a little wary of being friends with people from that world (because let's face it, he's got serious abandonment issues ;A;), but Naoto's doing a fine job of proving him wrong, in this instance. He's warming up to her and is really glad that she shows she cares for him, as a friend, because most people on his world only like him because of his fame. It'll be interesting to see how things play out in the future, during his canon.
