Ai is one of the few person Hakuba trust wholeheartedly and it's sure that won't hurt him. He never expected her to become such a important part of his life but it happened and he's happy for it. As his shadow said, he will do anything to protect her and wants to make her happy :>
As for Kurama...I will post tomorrow as Hakuba and this two can talk about what they did during the virus ^^'
