Sounds hot.Yukari is among the very, very few people Asuka considers a friend. Although she hasn't let her defenses as much as she has for Kaworu, Yukari probably has a better idea then most about how and why Asuka is Asuka. They fought alongside each other and so Asuka has a healthy respect for her. She's also a girl around Asuka's age who she can relate to (somewhat).
She's also one of the few original Persona members left. As much as she doesn't like to show it, Asuka is a bit scared and hurt by Minato, Junpei and Mitsuru simply forgetting her, like everything they did together never happened. While this may be slightly irrational (after all, they're technically different versions), it's something that gets to Asuka.
Yukari also gave her a place to run to when she was going though a very bad time in her life. That makes her as close to BFF Hikari status as anyone else she's ever met or talked with .
