Ten doesn't have all that many prejudices, but the ones he does have are usually pretty justified - the Daleks, for example. The other one which is slightly less justifiable is anything/one who is a temporal anomaly - like Jack, for instance. A lot of that is just pure Time Lord instinct - looking at temporal anomalies is hard for him because it's just wrong. He's got over that a little thanks to Jack, though. Other than that, Ten's too well-travelled and too old to have many prejudices at all.
Pearl, thanks to pretty much growing up with DDD these past few years, is pretty much prejudice-free. :|b She's still kind of naive so when she starts thinking deeper about things she might ask a few inappropriate questions or be all "O.O" about the technicalities of things, but she's... kind of at the point where she thinks that as long as no one's getting hurt, it's cool.
England. Aahahhahahahaa, England. At the minute he's prejudiced against Catholicism in general (he's okay with individual Catholics as long as they're chill, he just hates the Church itself :|;;;), and anyone on the far right wing of the political spectrum. Oh, and thanks to the war, Germany (and in part Germans in general) and vaguely also any of Germany's allies - he'll get over this one after the war's over. Then of course, Spain, Scotland... he's still got a bit of prejudice against America in that he expects him to act like an idiot. Oh also he will forever be prejudiced against France and the French. All other people in general he's chill with right now, though. :|b

Lyle is suspicious of anyone who supports the Earth Sphere Federation on his world. Apart from that, though? Guy's so chilled that he's an ice cream. OH I ALMOST FORGOT he has this stupid prejudice at first against anyone who knows Neil, lmfao. Like... he automatically expects them to compare him unfavourably to Neil, so he gets his couldn't-care-less face on for them. He's an idiot like that, but it's his way of protecting himself while he gauges how they're going to treat him. If they're decent to him, then he lets it drop.
Junpei can be a little misogynistic sometimes, but that's just mostly him being a teenager. Like, he doesn't believe that girls can't do anything that guys can or anything and he's chill with whatever, but it'll still surprise him sometimes when a girl turns out to be tough, and he'll still instinctively protect a girl before he protects a guy. But at the same time, he kind of likes tough girls, lmao. They impress him. |D
Subconsciously, there's also a part of him that's slightly homophobic - like, he's fine intellectually with other people being that way and won't give people flak for it, and he won't consider that something that'd stop him being friends with you or anything. But he'd freak out majorly if another guy hit on him, and be a little tiny bit weirded out if there was gay PDA in front of him.

Sam is prejudiced against those with prejudice, rofl. He's also prejudiced somewhat against Christianity purely on principle. More personally, he's heavily prejudiced against his father, most of the rest of his family (especially Jehovah and Thor) and anyone who's erring dangerously close to righteous.
