It might if the post were related to Phoenix in some way! I don't think he really knows Phoenix and Giro are friends, but if he found out he'd take an interest. And he likes to hear himself talk on lots of different subjects, so if Giro posts something general that he has an opinion on he could make a comment. :3 And whether he posts on his own journal or the community doesn't really make a difference for him, I pretend he uses the community's friends page or something so he'll comment anywhere.

As for a delivery, he always asks Ten or Cori to transport packages because he knows and trusts them. I'd have to figure out some reason for him not to use them, starting out on the journals would probably be easier. :3
