( the mistletoe with a twist meme )

➀ There's mistletoe everywhere. Everywhere. Your character is underneath it now.
➁ Once underneath it with someone else (a replier) they are stuck in place until they do one of two things: kiss or tell a secret about themselves.

➂ It doesn't matter who tells their secret, initiates the kiss, etc. Whenever it happens they're 'free'... Until the next incident.
➃ Do not try and destroy the mistletoe. It won't work and bad things will happen. (See: Burning, freezing, electrocuting, and biting. Yes. It bites. )
➄ This can happen multiple times to the same pair: Threadjacking, 'leaving and coming back', etc, can have the process repeat even if they've already done it before.

[Yuri doesn't see Tsubomi until it's too late. She tries to warn the younger girl, but it doesn't matter anymore.]

[Wordlessly, Yuri points up at the mistletoe.]

[And Tsubomi looks up... and balks at the sight.]

M-Mistletoe?! [And she looks back at Yuri, eyes wide.] B-Bu...

[Yeeeeeep. Yuri's just going to try and remain as calm as ever. She tries to move from her spot just in case, but nope.]

We either have to... follow tradition, so to speak. Or we have to confess a secret.

Follow tradition? O-Or a secret... [Tsubomi's nervous now. WHAT could she say that would get her out of this? But, at the same time... no, no nonononono!]

[Yuri's not really sure about confessing any of her secrets. They're secrets for a reason, after all. But if that's what it takes...]

So... which option should we go for?

[And sadly, there's not much Tsubomi could let bare beyond how pathetic her childhood was, sooooo...]

[She shuffles bashfully, blushing brightly as she says this.]

[And there Yuri goes. She leans forward - and down of course, what with the height difference - and goes to put her lips on Tsubomi's. She figures the community won't accept anything less.]

[Tsubomi's eyes go wide as Yuri kisses her and it takes her awhile for her brain to register what's going on. She does snap back into reality long enough to at least return the kiss.

Now, she DOES have a secret and here's hoping she doesn't wander under the mistletoe again...]

[It takes a few seconds before Yuri does anything else because oh god this is so awkward no don't pull back too fast you'll make it worse but don't wait too long either or someone might get the wrong idea and oh god ohgodohgodohgodohgod - and she steps back.]

...I think we can both agree to us pretending this never happened, right?

[And it takes awhile for Tsubomi's brain to boot back up after the moment, the girl rapidly nodding her head at Yuri's suggestion.]

[And she just blushes fiercely, still thinking about it.]
