She is his best Chappy-loving customer and his feelings for Rukia are, somehow, complex. On the one hand he still feels a great deal of guilt for putting her in such a terrible situation. In spite of that he genuinely likes her, she's welcome at the shop any time...she's also welcome to bring her brother--even though he is aware that would take some special miracle XD He will always have anything Chappy put on reserve just for her <3
