Gesicht, in human terms, thinks Rock is a sweet kid. Rock reminds him a bit of Atom, and, of course, Gesicht likes Atom. He's more than a little concerned about the fact that Rock is a fighter, and will probably ask more about that at a later date. The concern mainly springs from the idea that a world that allows a childlike model to fight must be pretty messed up. But it also comes from the fact that Rock pings those protective instincts he doesn't exactly realize he has.

Gesicht missed the shadow plot because he was dealing with the aftermath of Brando's death (and the mun was lazy), so that's it for the moment!

Well considering that the most of the fandom agree (And Inafune said that he was inspired by anime/manga he read/watched as a kid) that Mega Man himself and part of the setting was stolen based off of Atom, the orginal Mega Man game was suppose to be an Atom game, but they never acquired to rights, that's not surprising. Also daaaaaw.
