Ooh, good question. Probably Byakuya, which is funny because I never really liked that pairing before DDD. But Setine has made me really love Byakuya, and I enjoy their character dynamic so much, romantic or not. With the obvious exception of Rukia, Byakuya is probably my favourite person to bounce Renji off. I think their relationship is really interesting. Byakuya doesn't really treat his Vice-Captain that differently to anyone else, but at the same time I think he trusts and respects Renji in a way that he doesn't many other people.
 
Plus, it's hot. And Byakuya totally tops. Ngggggggh.
 
I-I also kind of like Renji/older!Chibiusa. Just because they'd make such a pretty couple, and I think it would be cute.
 
Outside of DDD, I kind of like Renji/Orihime too, as long as it's not played as a consolation ship. They have a few things in common, and I think they'd be able to relate to each other. I tend to prefer Orihime with Ichigo, Chad or Rukia, though, so I wouldn't actually say I ship it, as such. I just enjoy the idea.
 
RenRuki will always be my favourite Renji pairing, though ♥
