Issei was walking down the road, minding his own business, when he was picked up and lifted onto a ship flying past.

"What's the big idea?!" he asked, glaring at the person who had kidnapped him.

"You're being recruited to the service of the Queen," the man answered. "My name's Ban Midou. Welcome aboard, kid. You're the new cabin boy."

"Thanks," Issei huffed. "My name, as you did not ask before you lifted me up, is Issei Ryudo. How long am I going to be here?"

Ban shrugged. "As long as we need you, I guess. It's not so bad."
