Of course it is, this time it's something much closer to you. But can't you see, you won't be happy while you're delaying and if she moves on you'll always wonder what might have been.
You're choosing the least of all possible paths.

Well, yeah, but no matter what I do somebody's going to get hurt, unless they both decide of their own free will they're okay with me being with two girls - and we both know how likely that is.

Even just telling her about the community, and your feelings, will stop this worry eating at you. You don't even have to present Rose as a possibility if that's your choice, but holding it in won't help anyone.

And yes, someone's going to get hurt dear; currently it's all three of you. Making the choice will lessen it in the long run.
