except Terra thinks she can't feel emotions and is all "HOW DO I SHOT EMOTION" and all that for a while but that's partly because of the amnesia and partly because "HO NO I IS ESPER".

yes, she's got innate issues helping. and I imagine the Empire didn't do much with lolemotions because they seem to fuck up magic sometimes. But she's been socialized enough that she can be around people, which is...pretty good for being raised in a lab. I think? idk, I should do moar research orz
