Well, in Gaz Taster of Pork, they did have this wonderful brother and sister moment when they're holding hands. So, prehaps there may be more love over hate and threatening.

Also, with the Christmas special, Dib will not use Gaz's toys as experiments for testing things.

And if Dib does, save the human race from an Irken invastion, prehaps, Gaz will be more wanting to help her brother with such things. Even if she see Zim to be stupid.

Soma's views on justice have definitely started to change ever since he found out he was Dracula's reincarnation. Originally he was more in the "black and white" camp - dark is bad, light is good, etc, etc.

But now that he has these powers, he's more in the mindset, in trope terms, Dark Is Not Evil and Light Is Not Good. He knows that it's more about how people react to certain situations and what they do with what they've been presented with that determines what's actually "right or wrong". He's starting to become more open-minded of everything around him, but he's still struggling with changing that mindset, considering he's had the original one in his head for so long.

It's a fairly normal relationship. Especially given her relationship with her father. Both Vanessa and her mother have learned when to give the other space, and when to pay attention. Vanessa gets frustrated that her mother doesn't believe her about her dad being evil, but it's really just normal teenage frustration. She gets embarrassed to be with either parent around friends, but she'd much rather be seen with her mother than her father.

HUGS ARE AWESOME. He'd give hugs to everyone. HUGS FOR ALL. Those are acceptable in all situations. Then kisses on the head, touching the shoulder = viewed as normal if you're bffs/family or whatever.

Now ROMANTIC displays... I'm pretty sure the monks weren't good with the intimacy. They were all spiritual so while he knows where babies come from he doesn't get doing the baby-process for recreational reasons.

Holding hands would be SUPER SERIOUS and he'd probably act like it was the equivalent of making out. Kissing is something he'd still blush forever and ever over and he gets that you're not IMMEDIATELY dating if you do it now. Anything above that he'd be like OH MY GOSH SO SCANDALOUS unless you were ~in love~. He'd be all awkward if you told him about it.
