Zel/Himiko
A. name: Shou Graywords (picked a common Japanese boys' name completely at random)
B. house: Probably somewhere in Slayers world, for safety (both his and Himiko's) if nothing else. Medicine might be better in GetBackers world, but by and large Zel hasn't got as many grudge-holding type enemies as Himiko probably does.
C. pb (or description if proven unable to find a good face): Darkish purple hair - possibly uncomfortably close in shade to Rezo's - and dark bluish-gray eyes, since that seems to come from both sides. Apart from those particulars... Shirota Yuu is probably a good match for him when he got older (going by looking him up on Hollow Art - I'd post the link, but that would get the comment screened).
D. circumstances of conception: Unusually normal, at least by the standards of his parents' lives. At some point Zel and Himiko ended up being a regular thing, and eventually they decided they wanted kids.
E. three random facts:
1. He would probably use bits and pieces of both worlds' forms of magic if his parents could be induced to teach him. As a result he's not quite as adept at either one as his parents were at his age (though to be fair Zel at seventeen had a big boost to his magical capacity). Give him time, though.
2. He's nearsighted. Zel was a bit worried when he found this out, but it appears to be perfectly normal and not a sinister throwback to Rezo or anything.
3. He pretty much insisted on Himiko giving him lots of motorcycle rides as soon as he was old enough to hang on.

gawww~ I love the bit about glasses and motorcycle rides. Himiko wouldn't stand for any son of hers not enjoying speed and the rumble of the engine.
