You'd still be able to do another virus--the body swap isn't going to last the entire time!

Also, the virus isn't physically going to change their bodies--it's more like Nabiki wakes up in DM's body that is in Sotoba. So Ozaki would still see DM--but she would be controlled by Nabiki. So if no NPCs talk to her, they might not notice the difference.
