I don't believe that's all but if it is and you really kill innocent people...if you kill for any reason besides defense, then no, you aren't a good person.

[Dead, alive, good, or bad--they're still equal to her, all innocent in their want to live, to exist for a little longer. ...And the look Roze is giving her right now--she knows it all to well. This disapproval and hatred. This is why she hasn't told anyone of what she does, of who and how much she and ended--it would ruin all of the relationships she has built. With her being a bad person clearly conveyed to Roze--
