What's cool about my character: He's a troll, and completely adorable. Also insanely nerdy. He is a really really good hacker - like, he can do some completely insane things with code that should not be possible - and he also has visions of the future, and can hear the screams of people who are about to die.
What's s/he up to lately: Well, he just died. This then involved him getting kissed and resurrected inside the sgrub game. He's also dating future Karkat.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: Well, I'm not really sure. I would be happy for him to help out with something hacking-related in other people's worlds, or even to use his visions somehow.

What's cool about my character: He's a monk! He's an oldtimer here in DDD, but a lot of his CR has dropped >: He's easy to embarrass, comes from a world with magic but is by and large a regular person.
What's s/he up to lately: Being sad.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: Issei must know all the people.
Anything else: Issei's temple is a designated safe place, so anyone who needs refuge will probably get an offer!

What's cool about my character: Eater has a split personality. The female personality comes out in the day and drools over guys while singing songs about noble heroes and the like. The male personality comes out at night and beats people up with a harp.
What's s/he up to lately: Hanging out in Rose's world.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: I'd like to have them travel frequently! Besides that, she's about to organize a blind date event.
Anything else: Eater can worldhop, so if you'd ever like to handwave them talking during a regular worldhop taxi thing.

What's cool about my character: He's one of the best hackers out there and is able to take apart and put together a computer. He's a conspiracy theorist who helped put together a paper called the Lone Gunmen and often helps out the F.B.I.
What's s/he up to lately: He's currently at the end of the series and has retired from the LoneGunmen paper. He recently offered to help put together a computer for Selena Kyle and can be found helping Crocker out.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: ANYTHING! I could really use new CR and I would still love to do stuff with his current CR. It would be fun seeing Langly interact more with the MIB cast since they share a similar interest.
Anything else: Summer has been horrible for me activity wise and I'm hoping to change that now that I no longer have to worry about getting ready for Otakon.

What's cool about my character: she's pretty badass also she is kind of a crazy tsundere? but anyway she likes to torment people for laughs, she's an ex-gladiator stuck in prison, she's hilarious and ridiculous, etc.
What's s/he up to lately: sitting around in prison like a big bore! this means she really desperately wants entertainment. she's also 99.999% sure she wants to take up shelly de killer's offer and become his apprentice.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: hmmm there are a few things! i'd like her to meet people she can mess with because it's been too long since she had a sucker, i.e. a guy she can push around, flash her panties at to make him freak out, all that fun stuff. i wouldn't be averse to her making some enemies, or even friendly sparring buddies! and also i want her to get some more intense, complex cr??? tbh minatsuki is made for complicated, fucked-up things.

What's cool about my character: literally nothing no i'm joking uhhh. he's friendly as hell, a big heroic leader type, he unironically likes lame movies, he enjoys the paranormal, magic tricks and he's a huge nerdy dorky prankster who is soon to become a god.
What's s/he up to lately: canon! uhhhh he's going to die soon. like, really soon! for the first of two times. he just woke up on his dream planet, too.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: nnnnot really! john's a flexible guy, although he is more prepared for the comical side of things. it might be nice if he met other like-minded people, i.e. people who are really into the paranormal - or even better, other pranksters! i think it would be cool if he did a pranking run on the community, and he would happily have accomplices.

What's cool about my character: He's an ex-doctor who's now a deadly transporter. He's the most feared in the business for his handiwork with a scalpel and cunning ways. Don't let his cool and polite manners mistake you for what he really is.
What's s/he up to lately: Not much just working on his job and working alongside Himiko.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do:Anything. I would love some new CR along with his current CR. I would like to see more work with his transport business if possible. If you have an ideas I would like to hear them.

What's cool about my character: She's a power hungry money loving teenager. She's known for her cruel babysitting methods. It's very rare to see her more pleasant side.
What's s/he up to lately: She just recently went through a canon move where she became nice for a short time and lost a bet if the vase she had to watch over was going to break or not.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: Again, anything! She's my newest muse and I'm working on trying to gain any CR I can get.

What's cool about my character:
While many individuals don't know it, he is actually an eldritch abomination in a human's body. If you would like to think of the Old Testament and apply that to Kaworu, I wouldn't correct you. However, Kaworu is a very friendly and otherwise very curious boy; he's polite, he observes, but he also holds people at a distance despite his liking of them. He's very difficult to get past surface conversation with, but the rewards are boundless if you do. Well, that is, if you like someone fiercely protective of your happiness and someone who will go anonymous for you to politely shank people with words.

Either way, Kaworu is deeply flawed (has a martyr complex - is so selfless that he becomes selfish), but he also has golden bits and pieces to him, like any not human who became too human over time. He's ace with violin and piano, he writes his own music, and he's very philosophical about the human condition and fundamentals. He's not a bad friend to have, even if he is impossible like most Evachildren (he's extremely lonely beneath the surface). He's zen and has that layer of calm most people only wish they could have, but the trade-off is poor socialization. He doesn't know your slang and if he knows your turns of phrase, he uses them in quotation marks. Yes, even when speaking. It isn't a malicious thing, but one more of question. Haha. So, as you can guess, he's a little bit... Uh, unique.

Either way, he is the kind of individual that will happily talk to you about surface things (like I've mentioned), but will not tend to talk about his personal feelings. In fact, he won't unless it is usually clawed out of him. While this is not to say he doesn't have his moments of earnest expressions (he does - he kind of just blurts it out like he's five), they are extremely rare and cannot be forced. Michael could have very easily contested to this, granted information had to be quite literally struck out of him.

Also, being very honest, he's extremely stubborn. He won't let go of certain bits of information due to nature and nurture, and he has a deep sense of training instilled into him. Expecting openness? It won't be gleaned from Kaworu, but at the very least you'll get a sort of high-cultured air and friendliness before he starts speaking (and usually after).

Also, did I mention he's got the power of empathy? He does. He's able to pick up on emotions, but his radar is imperfect because he's not the most emotionally educated. Even so, he knows what loneliness is - and he finds himself most often drawn to those who are. ;n;

What's s/he up to lately:
Currently, he's dealing with the situation at the Evapartment. He's been writing his own music, so he'll be having a post with some related question about it in the immediate future.

Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do:
Anything! I would love someone who would push his buttons and figure him out, but I'd like any sort of CR with him.

What's cool about my character: she's a dullahan! (a headless irish faerie that heralds death.) but she's also in modern day japan and living with people. she is also pretty badass. she's an awkward cutie underneath her terrifying appearance, and she's actually really nice.
What's s/he up to lately: looking for her head! but tomorrow i'm going to wrap up her canon move in which she goes through a BIG CRISIS and says "fuck it i don't even care". after that, she'll be moping around, thinking about her future and learning more about blending in with humans.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: inhuman friends are great! she likes to have people who can sympathise with her. on the flip side, normal humans who can teach her normal things would be fun too. (also irish people. she should meet all of the irish people, come on.)

What's s/he up to lately: hating her life. she doesn't have much to do in canon, and the community keeps messing with her, so she's bored and grumpy.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: plenty of things. fights! cross-world travels! invading homes for extended periods of time! also, meet all the cat people. do you like cats? come here and meet the mean grandma cat. do you own a cat??? shijima wants to meet it.

What's cool about my character:
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

No, I'm joking. He's actually an immortal owl with a human heart who happened to learn a forbidden ninja technique called the "tenpenka", which allows him to take the form of a human by literally changing his cellular structure. Did I mention that he's a ninja? Yeah, because he is.

Either way, Kouichi's biggest wish is to die. So, I assure you that you will not have fun dealing with that until later (if he has any say in the matter). However, you will be greeted with the pleasure of dealing with his emotional confusion over wanting to live and not live simultaneously. You will also witness him slowly falling in love with a human. You're welcome. Lmfao, but no - there's a ton more to him than that.

Kouichi, in all actuality, is quite polite and has a weird mix of formal/informal speech patterns. He's what you would call your standard awkward teenager, if not for the above bits and pieces. He's actually rather brilliant and has decent instincts (they're pretty fuck-awful, sometimes), but he gets all in a ruffle over people accusing him of confessing and can be really melodramatic. The latter is sometimes just a ploy to cover up how he really feels, but he can be in general. Similarly, if he comes to like you and trust you enough, he will make terribly inappropriate jokes about his immortality around you (once you learn of it). It is pretty terrible. Ten could probably contest to this.

However, there is a dark side to him (as there is with all the boys I play): He can be extremely ruthless and won't hesitate to mow down anyone who gets in the way of his wish. There are exceptions (Raimei), but they're very few and far between. He doesn't enjoy killing, I should also say, but he will do it if it is necessary. He's got quite a lot of blood on his hands. Even so, also very calculating in some respects and very sneaky (though they rely on stupidity and disbelief). It isn't to say he won't slip up (he does), but he's the more subtle of the immortal animal pair.

Even so, in the end, Kouichi is very lonely at heart and doesn't want to see more people he's come to care about go off and die without him. He denies the fact he's connected to the world, but he inevitably finds friends and forms bonds. So, if you're persistent, you might just get into his heart, too!

What's s/he up to lately:
We're slowly canon-moving, at the moment! He just had his discussion with Raimei about how it is all right to not be great at keeping secrets. So, there's some downtime before the whole explosion with Yoite.

Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do:

Series: firefly
What's cool about my character: she's the goddamn river tam?? okay! she is a super genius who is also a psychic, talented at anything she chooses to do, an incredible trained soldier/assassin and a lovely dancer. she's mentally unstable because of experiments on her brain, so she speaks in cryptic nonsense most of the time, but she's well-meaning and a sweet girl behind her violent mood swings.
What's s/he up to lately: about to go through the episode ariel, which means a big cause all of her underlying brain problems will be explained! (i.e. the fact that her amygdala has been stripped from her brain.) she'll also get medicine that will stabilise her a little after that, so that brief period of calm and (improved) sanity might be the ideal time to meet new friends.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: close friends are always nice for river, since her life is so miserable. i'd like her to meet more teenagers who she can play silly games with, because all of her friends right now are adults! also, fellow psychics/empaths/telepaths! on the total flip side, i'm always interested in river meeting villains/antagonists/manipulative characters, especially people with a plan; she is corruptible, incredibly useful, and won't always shy away from a bad guy when she should.

What's cool about my character: He's from Asgard and so he's kind of but not really a Norse God. He's also the villain in the Avengers film which makes him be pretty badass.
What's he up to lately: Well basically since May he's been faking his death since he ~~jumped~~ fell off the bifrost, but has really been hanging with a creepy bunch of face-touching aliens called the Chitauri. They mean business and they and Loki have come up with A Really Evil Plan to get back an object called the Tesseract (which Loki's not-dad Odin just happened to throw down to earth back in the day) and also supply Loki with an army to go take over Earth. Pretty soon we're going to get the Avengers canon show on the road and he'll be mind controlling people and gathering armies and stealing random opera people's eyeballs and all kinds of weird shenanigans but due to the bad end virus everyone knows he's not dead so the whole fakey-death thing is now moot.
Any thoughts about stuff you'd like to do: I've had a really fun time getting CR with Selina, so I think that whole villains being bros angle definitely has something going for it. The thing for Loki is that most of his previously established CR has by this point either dropped or is about to learn about his terrible bad life decisions and stop. Like no more pow-wow sleepovers with Jane and friends - which kind of leaves him with not a whole lot of people who will have actual conversations with him and he needs that. But any kind of CR really works for that - like Roxy declared herself his friend in a thread, or how he and Babydoll have this weird somehow-he-cares-for-her-idek relationship thing going on - so it def doesn't have to just be VILLAINS POKER NIGHT up in here but that would also be cool, especially now that he doesn't have to keep the villainy on the dl. like we are now free to be open about how much of a bastard he really is.
