ACTUALLY navi is just a good friend to him and he doesn't find her annoying at all. she can get annoying when she tries to tell him what to do, since link usually has other things on his mind like helping everyone and their grandmother, but other than that she's a precious friend to him :)

...which is why he goes searching for her at the start of majora's mask and gets lost.
