In summary on the headcanon, a surprisingly good amount, especially considering he's not paying a whole lot of overhead costs anymore. Good early investments. Bad current ones, however...
Most of the liquor is stolen, either by getting more reputable bar owners in on a protection racket and in debt, by doing scams with those involved in shipment to let them collect insurance money, or by just plain going off-world and pulling off a big, violent heist without any risk of it being traced to him. He knows enough about economics to offer a competitively low price but avoids undercutting so much that there's no competition because (1) he has a protection racket on other bars nearby, (2) they're a good source of information, (3) if too much outside attention gets drawn to his location it will be troublesome. Think of 3 as any other businessman trying to avoid anti-trust laws. He also has a webcam which serves as the third best available security system in Amestris (he can't compete with Dante's high-tech home brew Lab 5 stuff even with future technology). He's also able to provide "exotic" liquors from other worlds as a special.
All in all other worlding has really opened up his finances and his crew's standard of living. He can put a lot of them to work trying to get alchemy secrets on immortality now, which won't ever go anywhere, unfortunately for him. A lot of his income gets blown on bribes, cover ups, and the occasional ballin'. He's also willing to put money into research on fixing his chimeras. The more he makes the more he wastes.
It's a bad area of town, so completely normal people, as in people who could or would go to the police if in trouble, are unusual but not unheard of. The crew would keep tabs on any new faces, having a good reason to be paranoid. They've only had one not-horrible experience with an off-world person coming in, so ironically for a bunch of freaks and societal outcasts in a place meant to be a safe haven for their likes, they're now quite unaccepting of anyone who looks strange enough to be off-world. Given that they're primarily ex-military, and ex-military special ops at that, they're the first best security system in Amestris.
Thanks for your interest, hope it was maintained throughout the lengthy answer!
