Shit. Uh. My phone's got-- it's got nothing. So, uh, I guess I'll just head back now.

[...Leaving? Why does he want to leave?]

[She's not going to let him leave. Not yet. Why would he want to leave when the party hasn't even started?]

[BRB attempting to get the fuck out of here. And he is definitely not at all panicking even a little.]

[There's some yellow ribbons suddenly appearing, weaving themselves into a net and effectively blocking the way they had come.]

The party hasn't even started and you want to leave? That's very rude.

I think I'll skip the party, thanks. Just-- you've gotta let me out of here, I didn't even do anything!

[He's nowhere near the other side. Can he even summon Jiraiya here? At all?

Well, of course not! They don't show up until the party starts. I do love them so but they're always fashionably late.

The party's going to start soon. Don't worry, the cake and tea are very good. You'll like it a lot.

[That small piece of graffiti on the boulder starts to glow just a little. If Yosuke's not going to willingly go into the barrier then, well, she's going to have to drag him to the party.]

[Wow he's been saying that a lot. But more to the point-- It's glowing. Is this like a boss fight?]

The party's finally started.

[WOW WHAT IS THIS

Guess that graffiti was like a portal in the other world because this new place sure isn't the clearing. It's like a cut away of a house; half of it is like a story-book cottage set up for a party. Covered in decorations, there's even a long table piled high with presents (and a tea set). It leads out towards a garden lined with apple trees...and giant tea cups.]

Welcome to my party. I hope you enjoy your stay. Oh, it looks like my friends finally showed up, too!

[Oh wow those are some freaky looking friends she has.]

[Oh god. He knew it. Definitely a shadow. But there's no-- well. He has no idea what here is. He's not sure of a lot of things right now, really. He feels sick. Like getting up from a bike crash with the pavement sick.]

Can we just-- hey, that clearing wasn't so bad--maybe we can go back there? And--and you can bring you friends--

[His heart's beating way too fast. He's scared and scared and excited-- no not at all excited--]

But-- but you should know, I've got--

[This has to work. Has to. There's a burning that says it will. Like a crossfire hurricane. His music's up at top volume. It's dark. He's not wearing glasses. Maybe he doesn't have to--

[He'll even do his little kickflip to summon. Let's do this, Jiraiya.

[That's unexpected. What is that? She's not sure. She doesn't have a lot of experience...if she's honest, most of what she remembers is this place. This endless party.]

Well, so you do. If you just calm down and sit down, there won't have to be a fight.

[She smiles. The creepy dolls continue to drift around, seemingly doing nothing at all.]

But you're rather rowdy for a guest.

[One with red hair throws away its serving tray, grabbing a long spear instead. It lunges at Jiraiya.]

I'm rather sorry but you have to calm down.

[It's weird, how he's both completely screwed and yet he feels-- he doesn't know, lighter than air? Yeah, bring it, shadow, or whatever you are.]

Sorry, but that's-- that's not gonna happen. And you-- you're not a very good host.

[Oh god those dolls why. Breathe, Yosuke, breathe.]

You know-- you know what'd really help me calm down? Like, you letting me out of here? Like right now?!

[He winces at the Shadow proceeds to, well, come at him. He tries to concentrate-- man, this is so hard to do without Rise or Teddie or Narukami-- on what spell he should cast. Well. Uh. Have Magaru? Which if you don't have your handy dandy wiki handy, is the light wind damage for everybody option.]

[Candeloro is far away enough that the spell doesn't reach her--like hell if she's going to fight one on one! She'll just be over on the other side of the table, keeping her distance. The minion, though, isn't so lucky. It shudders as the attack hits it; the attack does some damage but it's not down yet. Not to mention the other minions slowly creeping in.]

You're being--very rude! It wouldn't hurt you to take one little sip of tea before you leave, would it?!

[Is a turn not spent doing damage a turn wasted?? This is the deep question he ponders as he continues his mission to freak the fuck out.]

Uh, yeah? What do you think?!

[God, he's gonna die. Gonna get eaten and die--

So he's got an answer to that question up there. As those minions are closing in-- much too close. Confusion. Tentarafu. Please, please work.]

Of course it doesn't!

[One of the minions attacks. And it hits a different one.]

What are you doing?!

How-- how am I supposed to know?! I don't even know where I am!

[Oh thank fuck it worked. LET'S DO IT AGAIN-- backing up backing away--]

Getting the hell out of here!

[Let's give it another go. More confusion. Come on, this might be a bit of a roll now, and if nothing else it'll buy him time to try and figure a way out of here.]

You're at the party, of course! You can fight all you want but you'll get tired.

[It would be very tough to find the exit... for a human. The minions are now forming a wall behind Yosuke. They're not going to let him run away.]

Then I guess I'll just have to keep doing it.

[Oh god let's try the opposite of backing up. He's gonna spam a windy thing move now. Gotta be an exit. Gotta be a way out. Maybe-- maybe the glowy thing is still around??]

You won't be able to do that for forever.

[The minions keep breaking up but there's just more of them as time goes by. Candeloro has enough time.]
