Alize does it rarely. For starters, she's paralyzed pretty much from the waist down, and while she can still feel sensation for the most part, it's pretty damned awkward to perform. Not to mention she never got into the habit in the first place; she spent most of her life on the street trying not to get killed, and thus was never really in a situation where fapping was... well, anything more than a luxury. And then after that she was really paralyzed for a while, which also made it nigh impossible. And then she was better but living with Dyme in the same apartment, and didn't really want to be caught, so she stuck to really late nights or when he wasn't home.

In any case, she doesn't think it's important and doesn't have anyone she's particularly attracted to at the moment anyway, so she only does it when her hormones are really getting to her.

Previously, yes.
