I think it's in "Nightmares and Daydreams". Zuko and Mai are at Mai's house, it's night... next time we see them, it's morning, Zuko's hair is down and they're having some tea.

Call me crazy, but if he spends the night at her house... Also worth noting her parents are distinctly out of town.
