"I miss him, too." "I'm content." "I've been sleeping easier." She's already answered his wish to for her to tell him about (at least) her feelings about the nightmares, even though he could already tell what they were. Even though, really, he understands all these have major roadblocks or are impractical at the current. Just a "one day" kind of thing.
