What series/video games/books/movies/etc has DDD made you watch/read/play? Not the ones you want to get into, but the ones you have actively searched out and found because of this game?

Thanks to DDD, I've gone through D.Gray-Man, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Yes! Pretty Cure 5, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Persona 3. I'm in the middle of Magic Knights Rayearth and Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. I have countless others I'm going to get to at some point in my life XD Hopefully.

I think so far just Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, thanks to Shugo and Bus. I'd been curious about it before but because of the fandom quirks I had avoided it. I know even if I had looked at it I wouldn't have been able to get past the first 60 chapters which were pretty much gag and filler before any real plot came in, but thanks to those two lovelies mentioned I stuck through it and enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. ♥

Let's see... well, Persona 3 (thank you, Vivi, god this game saved my brain and I love playing from it forever and ever and Keeeeen and Aiigiiiiis and--) and DCMK are the big ones.

But, there's also Phoenix Wright and, indirectly, Devil Survivor as well as Boondock Saints. I started watching Avatar before joining DDD, but I finished it because of it. (I was stuck on fucking platypus bears for a month, guys.)

Also I am proud Gurren Lagann and Magic Knight Rayearth (THERE IS NO S, STYX. THERE IS ONLY ONE KNIGHT OF THE FIRE TEMPLE) both made it onto this list more than once : D That means I'm doing my job.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (watched it on Sci-Fi's AniMondays), Heroes (only finished first season, though...), Magic Kaitou and Detective Conan (obviously), Avatar: The Last Airbender (was watching before, but DDD forced me to finish the third season), The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Princess Tutu (I actually ended up playing Mytho AND Drosselmeyer way back in the day, oi!), Devil May Cry (halfway through the game now...) and the Petite Eva short animation sketches (don't ask...)

There are way more series that I NEED to watch/play/read now...

asfhkjafskhjaffhjk! The first game you said, right? X3 I love that game, it's fun but it can also be a pain in the ass if you're too used to DMC3 and DMC4;s controls. XD I started on DMC2 and went to 1, then 3, and am still not finished with 4 because I do not own a PS3, yet have the game. 8| /fails for being a hardcoar fangirl

It is entirely the fault of DDD that I own a DS. And the Phoenix Wright games to play on it.

Other than that...Panny made me love Disney's Beauty and the Beast again, and I started on Yes! Pretty Cure 5 because of here and do mean to watch much more of it, and...that may be all I've actually acted on.

Same as Orly. DDD made me want a DS so I could play Phoenix Wright. And I'm so happy to own both now. *_* I'm still in the middle of the first game because I am a slowpoke.

Oh! It also got me back into Avatar. I fell out of love with it at some point during season one, but seeing all the awesome characters that didn't come until later, I picked it back up and am so glad I did.

There's probably more, but this is all I can think of at the moment.

Errr, Gurren Lagann and Bleach, definitely though i've yet to finish ttgl ;;, Ace Attorney a bit, though I need to buy myself the games sometime. I'd say Resident Evil in a way as well, because before playing Wesker I wasn't all that interested, only Sarah convinced me to app him and after that I actually went and had a go at the games properly.

DDD is responsible for my getting the third PW game, DNAngel the anime (I borrowed the manga from Danni) Personas 3 and 4, Avatar: The Last Airbender, D. Grey Man, Enchanted, Gundam 00 (AND EVERYONE WHO IS PLANNING TO WATCH IT, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU HAVE TISSUES ON HAND, I CRIED FOR TWO DAYS STRAIGHT, MMKAY?), Trauma Center, possibly Supernatural, Fate/Stay Night, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, and I'm probably going to start work on TTGL shortly, mostly because my kid brother wants me to make him Kamina's cape.

EDIT: ALSO IRON MAN AND THE BALE BATMAN MOVIES. Almost forgot those.

Idgie said most of them, I think. D.Gray-man, Avatar: TLA, I haven't started on Trauma Center but when I do it'll be because of Angie. Uh, I blame Monster on Orly, though she wasn't in DDD at the time she made me read it, does that still count? Oh! we started Patalliro but didn't get very far, and...we still have a copy of DNAngel that I rented from Blockbuster Online, like, a year ago but we still haven't gotten around to watching it yet. :| I've seen a few strips of Hetalia, thanks to Box. AND BOURNE! I bought the three Blu-ray set because of Orly, but we've only made it through the first one. And if we're talking about things I didn't like as much UNTIL someone on DDD made me love it, Transformers definitely falls in that category.
