Curiosity killed the kaitou and all that ~~and I posted here yesterday aha~~ but I just started thinking about this, and I don't think it's been asked before.

What series/video games/books/movies/etc has DDD made you watch/read/play? Not the ones you want to get into, but the ones you have actively searched out and found because of this game?

RE4, my friend had it and I was all, "Hey, it's a Capcom game, and I like Capcom!" I bought it with a voucher my aunt gave me and started playing it... and then I was a massive wimp and refused to continue with it, lmao. It was over a year before I actually finished it, and, er, I think the MAIN reason I bothered to try and finish it up properly was because I saw an RE5 trailer and immediately went "unf" at Wesker's voice. I did take a break for a couple of weeks though when I encountered Regenerators...

I'm easily swayed by anything with Capcom on it. Even though I should have LEARNED BY NOW how much they screw around with canon/fans.

Fffffffff, that icon, XD I love the original RE intro so much.

It's the same way I am with Namco and Tekken; they've pretty much taken the storyline, put it through a shredder, taped it back together, then ripped it up again, and I'm still "omgTekken6!!"

I've actually got the original one now, I play it on the PS3 from time to time when I feel like I won't get lost. I always do though.

See, I'm one of those people who are barely aware Tekken has a storyline at all and actually goes beyond, "YOU, YEAH YOU. PUNCH STUFF."

It is one of the few fighters that has an actual, spanning storyline explaining WHY you punch stuff!

I think it, KoF, and Guilty Gear might be the few that do. Hence why I'm such a fangirl for those series in particular. |Da
