Wesker, uh, same as Birkin on the Latin though I imagine him actually knowing some French at least. And German, enough to get him by when he goes gallivanting across other countries to fuck their shit up. if only because oh my god wesker speaking french/german would be so hot

Agnus speaks English of course, and knows Latin, ancient Greek, ancient Hebrew I'd say and many other old languages, which he needs for studying old texts on demonology and such.

Aizen speaks Japanese and English and he's so badass he doesn't need other languages.

Adachi speaks Japanese and a bit of English. Of course DDD doesn't care so we al just.. bullshit our way through that, don't we?
