Oh thank goodness for that! Seriously, the amount of times I've seen people play up England's more "evil" side just annoys me so much. It's like "yes, he is totally capable of being a complete bastard, but come on guys, other countries have done some crappy things as well and I've barely ever seen fic of those! D: /defensive defensive" But yeah, it's like... their government probably does affect them a little, but not really. Idek.

I have to finish writing it now, don't I? XD

heee welcome~ All the countries can be complete bastards or complete saint, but form my point of view thats out of his control. They represent people, they are the choices his leaders made. I don't think that countries has the freedom to choose, it's sad, but that makes them more interesting. They do what they need to do. Spain was talking to Naoto about that once.

As a example, their views about religion. Prussia was catholic when he was one of the teutonics knights, then he become protestant; Italy/Rome believed in many gods and then it become a monotheistic religion. Spain was a very religious state many years but you can marry people of the same sex now..so duh :| times change, they change too.

Yeah, exactly! Although I don't know, I think they do have like, a little part of themselves that's still completely their own, if that makes sense? Like, they're countries, but they're people as well. So most of them is influenced by their people and governments and they can't choose what they do as far as that goes, but then there's still a part of their opinions and personality and everything that's simply them? I don't know, I'm probably not even making any sense here. XD;
