How does Rukia handle putting herself in danger time and time again?

Aria I know veeeery little about, so I'll ask something general. Thoughts on love?

Initially it was because he found Envy whimsical and he when in his little leech form he could pick Envy up and stick him in his pocket...and from there he just sort of grew on Lavi. Plus, Lavi has an unbelievably high tolerance for pain so he's probably one of the few people who can put up with Envy's abuse and with a smile on his face too.

And that makes a lot of sense that magic simply enhanced who he already was. A very logical approach to how it works.

Kanna misses being alive. Being alive, towards the end of her life, meant new experiences and new feelings. As far as she can tell, there's not much in her personal afterlife but the ocean, which was really cool for the first month maybe. She doesn't meet new, living people who are changing and growing.

At the same time, after the thousand years of her curse, this is absolutely an amazing thing to have. And she's glad to be in contact with her friends again, so she's grateful for what it does give her.

And this is why I love your Kanaya. I am in awe of your headcanon abilities

It's the one thing he laments now that Envy has a human body, no more travel-size Envy.

He doesn't take it personally, because that's how Lavi is, he takes it in stride...and 9 times out of 10 he brings it on himself.

Aria is in many ways a romantic. She has an ideal that love endures and that if love is present, the rest doesn't matter. She will do whatever it takes to make her relationships work, no matter how risky or difficult, if she believes the payoff is worthwhile.

However, she is also very much a realist in that she understands relationships take work and she usually takes a pretty mature approach to dealing with problems. Doubly so if you fall for someone you're not supposed to, as she did, but even with her parents' marriage breaking down she wants them to work at it so they can fix things. That said, she is still a teenager so there's still a lot she's figuring out. But she's pretty level-headed about it most of the time.

Taken as an overall, she loves her brothers. She thinks they're a pain in the ass most of the time but she wouldn't be without them or see them miserable.

Getting down to an individual level: Bill I think is probably her favourite. I think she endures more fussing from him than anyone else because he's the oldest, and it was his stories of Hogwarts that have made her so desperate to go.

Charlie I think she also gets on with, but they don't spend that much time together even when he's home. Percy is probably her least favourite, if she had to pick, because she gets wound up by his killjoy attitude and probably finds him overbearing a lot of the time when he goes all "parent" on her.

Fred and George...she doesn't enjoy that they pick on her sometimes, but at the same time she's kinda taken in by their pranks and their general approach to life. I see them as being the ones Molly never wants her to spend much time with because they'll be a bad influence but the twins find ways to hang with her anyway.

Ron, as closest in age, is the one she thinks she should be closest to, but it hasn't really happened. They get on okay, but I think there's maybe the tiniest bit of rivalry between them. However, having seen future!Ron on the community, she's determined to make sure he doesn't end up that unhappy.

Masamori was a very serious kid most of the time! He started training, mostly under his grandfather, as a kekkaishi when he was in grade school. He really worked hard to make his family proud and live up to expectations, and he took a lot of pride in succeeding at that. He did well in school, even while he was taking care of ayakashi at night. And he really tried to make sure that everyone in the family was happy with him. Masa has a huge sweet tooth, but his grandfather hates sweet things, so Masa never asked for them. (There's a flashback where Sumiko, Masa's mother, takes Masa's younger brother Yoshimori out to a cafe to have a parfait, and she's surprised when Yoshi tells her Masa likes things like that too.) And even though he has a lot of issues surrounding the fact that Yoshi is the legitimate successor, Masa tried to be a responsible older brother to Yoshimori and eventually Toshimori. He got along decently with other kids, but he never really had time to socialize. Everything was pretty centered around his family and making himself the best possible. He didn't start making contacts with the Shadow Organization until high school.

Aria
If someone threatened her, one of her friends, her family or Ezra then I think she could be pushed to violence, but only if it was her absolute last resort. She's not really the violent type.

As for why Ezra: she met him in an environment where she didn't know he would be her teacher. She was drawn to his friendliness and they bonded over their love of English and Aria's writing. So when they first kissed, it wasn't an issue.

When she found out about him being her teacher, I think it was a simple case that Aria didn't want to let that stop them from finding out more about each other and pursuing a relationship. She felt a real connection to him, and that's the sort of thing she tends to fight for.

Rose
That's a tricky one. It could be argued that having her not alchemise wands would be a good start, but that assumes she wasn't persuaded to do so by external forces (Doc Scratch and/or the Horrorterrors) in the first place or that they wouldn't persuade her to do so if she tried to resist.

Then again, as Seer of Light it may be that magic is the best option for her, and she feels she doesn't have much of a choice. I think it certainly could be done, if she could alchemise something for needlekind that wasn't magic, but it would take a lot of persuading from someone with sufficient influence to counter the omniscent beings guiding her.
